  • This applies to you if you are a Mexican citizen or have another nationality and you are a resident of the USA.

  • It applies for Mexican citizens and other nationalities (Tourists), except American, Canadians and countries participating in the Visa Waver Program.
  • Before you travel, learn about the entry requirements of the foreign country you are traveling to.
  • A citizen of a foreign country who wishes to enter the United States must first obtain a visa, either a nonimmigrant visa for temporary stay, or an immigrant visa for permanent residence. Visitor visas are nonimmigrant visas for persons who want to enter the United States temporarily for business (visa category B-1), tourism, pleasure or visiting (visa category B-2), or a combination of both purposes (B-1/B-2).
  • The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) allows citizens of participating countries to travel to the United States without a visa for stays of 90 days or less, when they meet all requirements [To learn more click on More Information]. Travelers must be eligible to use the VWP and have a valid Electronic System for Travel Authorization [ESTA] approval prior to travel.

WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
  • If your flight is international you can print your boarding pass at our website 24 to 1 hour(s) before your flight

Similarly you can print your boarding pass at the airport kiosk from 24 to 1 hour(s) before your flight * (if not checking baggage)
If you plan to check baggage, we recommend arriving 3 hours before your flight to the check in counter, as the check in process ends 1 hour before departure
The boarding process ends 45 minutes before departure, so we recommend arriving to the final waiting room before then
USA Customs and Border Protection (CBP) request to all Customers to show their return ticket and the address where they will be staying, to enter USA.

It is obligatory that you go to the Volaris check-in counters at the airport in order to have a service agent revise your documents and your pet’s cage dimensions before boarding Tag the cage with your information, such as: name, age, sex and feeding instructions, as well as your pet’s medication if there is any
